Lola a vingt ans. Elle s'endort une nuit dans un bus, se perd et se retrouve dans un monde étranger, envahi par la musique. Boîte de nuit géante, chassés-croisés. Emir vit là, incapable d'aimer, accroché à son frère Ismaël. Saïda est danseuse. Elle aime Emir et vit avec lui et son frère depuis le début. C'est l'histoire de ces solitudes qui se frottent les unes aux autres dans le plaisir, la danse, la saturation de la musique. Cela aurait pu continuer comme ça. Mais Lola aime Emir...
(20 year old Lola falls asleep on a bus and wakes to find herself on the outskirts of Paris where Arab and black immigrants live and party. Introduced to a boxer called Emir, Lola pops an E, falls in love and then tries to steal him from the clutches of Saida, the clubland vamp.)
