A beautifully made yet abstruse film, The Double Life of Veronique is the story of two young women who are in some mysterious and irresolvable way the same woman leading two different yet interconnected lives. Directed by the great Krzysztof Kieslowski, known for his Blue, White & Red films. The score by Zbigniew Preisner compliments the oblique images.
